Poetry Slam at Kith & Kin Coffee Shop

Kith & Kin Coffee Shop at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park in Santa Rosa Beach, FL will host a poetry slam January 4 from 5 pm-7pm. Lynda will lead off by reading some of her poetry included in her book Journeys with a Tin Can Pilgrim. She’ll explain how a poetry slam works. Anyone can sign up to participate. Participants perform their own poetry for the first set; the second set will be improv using one word prompts provided by several different random audience members. Three judges chosen from the audience will score and select the winners. Lynda will make signed copies of her book available for purchase.
